This old town house near the beach of Villajoyosa has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, living room with open kitchen and a very nice roof terrace. There is A/C Hot and Cold in every room, internet, and is fully equipped. The roof terrace has a outdoor BBQ and also a part covered ideal for sunny days but also for the days you need a little protection. The house has been renovated in recent years and the top floor with terrace was completed in summer 2017. It is centrally located in the colourful old town right by the beach (50m). It is one-minute walk to the beach or restaurants. Prices/week: Low season: 450 € Medium season: 545 € July and August: 630 € / Monthly rent during low season, min. 2 months: 640 €. Who are the owners? We are a family of four from Norway, Oslo area, who loves Villajoyosa and our house in the old town. We have rented here for 15 years and are very familiar in the area, but this year we bought the lovely house that we like to share with others when we are not there.
